I'm not sure if this is the first ever report on the MacBook Air's physical flaw or not.. i read about an isolated case of a design flaw. What i'm gonna post is not really a design flaw... it's cause by stupid customers that have no brain or the intelligence to think and forced the display too far to the back... and also maybe because of Apple's choice of material in making the parts in securing the hinges..
At first when i first noticed the problem , it was just a case of mis-aligned hinge.. by the end of the next day , both end of the hinge broke open.. and right now , the MacBook Air's display can't stay put at any angle.. it'll either drop to the back or front (closed) ...
Here's some pictures to show you what i'm trying to say... if you look closely , it's actually the rubber/plastic part that is being torn... and that displaces the hinge's mechanism...
Don't get me wrong.. Apple is great.. and the MacBook Air is just revolutionary .. but nobody's perfect isn't??

My MacBook Air just failed in the same way, took it into my local Apple dealer. They called Applecare who just said "go to hell, buy a new screen, clearly it's because of something I did -- implied overextending."
HELL NO! That is not what happened. This is a defect. My hinge looks *exactly* like yours, same plastic breakage, same lack of screen stay-up strength, happened to the same right hinge.
Once my dealer tells me who to escalate to, I'm about to call Apple and raise hell.
you should call up AppleCare... they should do something about it...
Do let me know if something can be done by Apple in your case..
I've just had the same failure. The retail apple store told me it was an $800 repair. I haven't yet called up applecare to see what they say. How did you two make out?
wow... 800 as in USD?? that's alot of money for a 'manufacturer's defect' ...
holy crap. $800?! can i just buy a new hinge somewhere?
i have the exact same issue on the left hinge.
i don't think you can just buy the hinge somewhere... just send your MBA to your nearest Apple Centre and let them quote you on a new hinge...
That's very strange that Apple would design the Air's hinges to rely on the strength of the plastic airport insert(where the airport antenna lives). I noticed that the aforementioned plastic insert is shifted slightly to the left, leaving a gap between the right hinge and the right side of said insert. That seems kind of odd. I have the same thing going on with the insert on my MacBook Air. I wonder if that was intended, or could possibly have something to do with the faulty right hinge... Very curious...
I have the same thing, but on the left-hand side. I didn't see a crack in the gray plastic until after a few days of the hinge being weird.
I first started noticing a hinge issue after just lifting the Air from my lap and putting it down, then picking it up again. I'm fairly confident the issue was not apparent before that. I often lift the Air with my left hand, grabbing it by its left-hand side. (I'm left-handed.) My theory is that this stresses the hinge on that side due to poor design, and after doing it too many times, it breaks.
Just a theory, though. Anyone else see this happening on the side they tend to lift their Air? Anyone seeing it on the opposite side?
hie Henrik,
Have u tried sending it in to any Authorized Service Centers?? Any comments from their side?
I've had a similar issue. My hinge bowed out on the left side. It looked like it was being torqued from the inside. Then moving the lit aggravated this until the plastic began to crack. By the time I sent it into apple much of the plastic had shattered, and they where convinced it was caused by an impact. They claim not to seen this problem before. So if you have it start sending your laptops in so that Apple will realize they do have an engineering problem.
About $730 in repair costs.
$730???? wow...where are you from?
did you send to a an authorized service centre?
it's a little too expensive... they only replace the hinge??
it's a problem with the material that's holding the hinge together...
I just had my air repaired and it was covered under the warrant.
that's great news for those affected.. so now Apple actually do repair such 'defects'...
Just got mine back; they covered it under warranty after investigating.
Otherwise it would have been a 6928 SEK ($869 USD) repair.
7thlovechild, I'm not sure why you call it a 'defect' with quotes and say it's not a design flaw. In my case, at least, I certainly have not forced the display. My theory is as I described above, that the hinges aren't strong enough to support too much carrying the Air one-handed (carrying it likely puts much of the display's weight on the hinges). That is a construction error/defect.
yeah.. at least Apple do realize that it's their design flaw and gives warranty for that...
869USD is alot of money..
Well, I am glad I found this blog. I am taking my MacBook Air to the apple store tomorrow for this very same issue. In fact mine looks just like the damage shown in the photos here. I was online last night when suddenly, I heard a loud snap and the screen went backwards.
My MacBook Air has never been dropped nor mistreated. Who is stupid enuf to mistreat a laptop that cost almost $2,000?
Wish me luck when I go to the Apple Store tomorrow for help.
all the best!! let us know how it is... :)
It was not good. The Genius Bar guy was nice but went in the back for a long time then came out and said it was not covered under warranty because the only way it would have broken is if I pushed it backwards which I didn't do.
I left it there so their "engineers" could look at it and call me on Monday but I cried and I shouldn't have but I don't like being treated like I am lying.
Can honestly say that we were looking at buying a new MB Pro for my husband in May and that is probably not going to happen because it means we have to work with these people in Reno, Nevada who are trying to skirt our warranty.
They said they don't want to know about people who I contacted who were apple to get their apple store's to honor their warranties for the same problem. "that's just people blogging and we have 1000s of happy customers who aren't complaining".
:-(
Sorry, I am still upset.
Last paragraph, they said they weren't interested in seeing info from people who have had the same problem with their MB Air's who posted online that they were able to get it fixed under warranty. They said they have 1000s of happy MB Air customers who aren't blogging about their good experience.
Wondering where I go next if they don't cover it?
Add me to the list of people this has happened to. Same experience as others - I ended up paying $730 for the repair, couldn't convince them I had done nothing unusual. The "genius" also insisted that he's never heard of this happening to anyone else. It happened again a couple of months later and I got it repaired under warranty. I'm about ready to ditch Apple for good...
so basically , some of you are covered under the warranty and some of you arent.. hmmm... weird..
neilberkman ... don't ditch Apple for one bad 'apple' ... sell off your MBA and get the MacBook Pro instead.. :)
but yeah.. nothing beats the form-factor of the MBA...
Hi, I'm back with an update. the top Genius Bar guy in Reno Nevada Apple Store just talked to me today to let me know that they will be fixing it under warranty and that they haven't had another MB Air come in with a broken hinge but they have called other sites (could be the regional service center, I can't remember for sure) and found they have seen a couple of these and they will be sending photos and the broken parts to that location so they can figure out what is going on.
The Genius guy also said they went to right to work on it after I left it on Saturday. So, I am impressed that the engineers believed me afterall. I really did not do anything to break this hinge. It evolved to the point of breaking with use. Only thing I wish I had done was go in sooner just to make them document the creaks and groans it made when I would open it months ago.
Thanks for letting me share my experience here.
Guess I feel pretty good about buying a MacBook Pro this spring as planned.
I have the exact same issue ("My hinge bowed out on the left side. It looked like it was being torqued from the inside. Then moving the lit aggravated this until the plastic began to crack.")... I went to the Manhattan Apple store last night, and they told me that their the broken hinge was not a "known" bug, and that the only way for a hinge to crack is if external force is applied, therefore the broken hinge was by definition a result of "accidental damages".
When I protested that I hadn't dropped or mishandled the computer, and pointed out that there was no other damage to the shell, my genius told me that I probably overextended the screen. When I asked, "but wouldn't I have noticed if I had done that? The hinge cracked when I closed the computer!" I was told that I probably broke the hinge without realizing it, then cracked the plastic later.
When I asked, point blank, if broken hinges were never covered under the warranty, I got the same BS explanation about how the hinge is not a known defect and that "Apple Engineers" have determined that a broken hinge can only result from "accidental damage".
Since a few of you have gotten your repairs under warranty, it seems like this IS a known defect... any advice on how I should proceed?
my suggestion is that you call up AppleCare and make an official complain .. they'll listen to you.. at least they're trained to listen and try to solve problems..
Thanks 7thlovechild, AppleCare was awesome. Before I spoke with them, I was ready to call it a day and switch back to a PC...
so it's covered under the warranty?
Had the same exact problem. The Apple Store in Aspen Grove, CO. called me back and said it would be a $610 repair. I mentioned this site and how many others are experiencing this issue. I will now try giving AppleCare a call and see how it goes. This is my first Mac. I love the OS and the hardware design, I've just been having too many problems: SMART errors on the hard drive, frayed power cable, and now this. Less than 6 months old, well cared for, and now I have to pay over $600!!?
Also, I didn't appreciate the rude attitude of this particular Apple store's "Geniuses" and their accusatory tone. If I have to pay, I'd rather dish out $500 for a brand new EEE PC w/ an SSD drive and Ubuntu.
Apple Care is going to do the repair for free, and is sending me a box :) I have not lost faith in them yet. I just wont be shopping at the Aspen Grove CO store again.
AppleCare is great... i love Apple's customer service.. i mean the call centers ...
Same thing happened to me. I just got back from the Genius Bar (Mac Store) and they told me that it's not typically covered under warranty because it's cosmetic, but that since the rest of the laptop body was still in mint condition, he would make an exception.
To me this does seem to be a design flaw more than anything else because I also did not drop it. If you're forced to pay $800 bucks to repair this problem, I would really suggest making a stink.
Got a call from Applecare - They want to charge me $450 for the repair. They say it was "over extended" though like others have mentioned here, it just happened out of the blue.
No more Apple products for me.
Thanks for this post. Partly because of this evidence that other Airs have experienced the exact same hinge problem, I was able to get mine repaired under AppleCare:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/lunacow/3206100766/
I have had the exact same issue as many have mentioned. The Apple Store in Toronto said it must have been caused by dropping it or something, which I would fully admit to if it were true, but it sits on my desk and has never been dropped or mishandled.

This is Terry, from Michigan. My wife's Macbook Air just came up with the same problem. Hers works OK but the hinge looks just like the others. The Genius told us it would not be covered because we must have pushed it back too far. I can see why they would say this but it did not happen. The broken hinge just appeared. I will call Applecare today and see what they say. Is there a formal procedure to appeal a decision on warranty issues? Wish me luck. Terry
for AppleCare , just tell them the truth... which is that you're not happy that the hinge can be 'broken' ...
i'm surprised that till now , Apple Store still don't accept the claims for warranty for such issues...
Let us know what happens.. :)
I had the same problem. I took it to an authorized repair station first. They had to get approval from Apple to repair under warranty. Apple requested pictures and when they saw them they said it was abuse and not covered. I then took it to the Apple store prepared for a fight. The "Genius" listened to my story/rant and took it in the back. When he came out, he had taken it apart and said he saw no sign of abuse. He didn't care what Apple had told me, he would get it fixed under warranty. I picked it up today and it has a new display.
The guy at the repair station told me (if going to the Apple store didn't work) to call Apple first (1-800-MY APPLE), if that doesn't work Applecare (1-800-APL CARE), and if that doesn't work send an e-mail to Steve Jobs at sjobs@apple.com.
So, I was turned down by the Geniuses in the "Genius Bar" just kept repeating "this is not covered, because it's cracked..." like I can't see that...
I have the same problem and I see that some of you guys got this covered...
So what should I do?
I need a step by step instructions...
1. How can I reach these engineers?
2. Should I print this thing out and show it to the workers?
3. Those who got this fixed under the warranty, please help me!!! What exactly should i say!?
call Applecare and make a complaint ... they should be able to give you a case number for you to pass it on to the guys at your Apple Store..
I think that's how it works...
Same problem for me, and they are asking 700€ for repairing!! I'm happy to
Ok, good news!
I called apple care (the consumer one, 1800-my-apple) and told them what happened. I mentioned this blog and they put me on hold for about 10 minutes...
They switched over to another person and they said they will ship me the box for repair! yay~!
thank you guys!!!
7thlovechild especially, thank you!
Apple Care picked up my computer on Thur, emailed me it arrived on Fri. They emailed me it was fixed and shipped Friday. Got it monday. For some reason, they reformed the hard drive. There was nothing wrong with it when I sent it in. I did tell them about this blog and enclosed a copy of it with the computer. Thanks to all who posted. No charge. Covered up Apple Care. Apple Rocks. Terry
I wish I had the same success. I've been able to live with the broken hinge for the past couple of weeks, but it is annoying, just not $450 annoying. I don't need a whole new screen, just a little piece of metal for the hinge! I'll probably open the thing up and attempt to repair the hinge myself with jb-weld or something similar. If anyone has any ideas feel free to post, I'll keep watching and will blog/update my repairs so those getting the shaft from Apple may benefit.
My Air has the same problem, the plastic has NOT cracked down the middle but the small pastic end part that the screw goes though has broken. Funny thing is it broke when closing the lid!
Took it to an Apple dealer in Vietnam today they said apple does not provide warranty, going to show them your blog. Thanks everyone for posting there experiances. Good luck to all. Best laptop yet :)
My air photo
http://flickr.com/photos/landung2008/3247328478/
was told twice now by two apple care centres in Vietnam that apple does not provide warranty on hinges. going to call apple in USA to lodge a complain. where in the warranty it says hinges are not covered, and since the hinge is part of the screen it actually a screen defect!
Ok, got declined again today from apple care centre. it might be accidental damage, warranty repair declined".
I remember why I was closing the lid, the apple air was overheating for no reason. Since it is the left hinge broken next to the CPU, it looks like the hinge defect is caused when the apple is very hot.
For now I am off to buy an eeepc901. Cheaper than the new hinge/screen.
Hi everyone,
I live in Australia. HAd the same problem with my hiunges. My local store (apple reseller) said they would need to send it to an official apple store where it would be evaluated - but after reading this blog, I didn't want to take the risk. So I drove an hour and a half to see an apple genius - I built rapport with the guy for five minutes, commenting on how cool his job must be, how at last, I was speaking with someone who REALLY knew what he was talking about etc - then I asked him a simple question - I asked "how would this proiblem need to be described if it was to be deemed repairable under warranty" - he replied, that if the hinge seemed STIFF when I first bought the machine, and gradually became more loose as time went on, whereupon it finally failed and became extraordinarily LOOSE - then warranty would cover it". I said, "THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENNED" and I repeated his decription verbatim, back to him. He wrote it all down - and declared 'no problem, they would replace the whole screen in five working days, and that it would be covered under warranty.
Everyone - I put to you that it's the way we approach these things that will give us the outcome we want. Easy.
best of luck to you all.
John Will
Downunder.
thanks John... i guess we just need to be nice to the Apple guys... ehehe... I'm pretty sure after these incidents , Apple will actually take it seriously and accept those MBA units ..
I got the macbook air rev. b (late 2008) and now I'm worried about that my hinges going to be broke.
Is this hinge problem with both generations of the mba or only with rev a?
for that , i can't answer you.. but i don't think Apple rectified that problem because it's not a 'widely' known problem yet.. not like those battery recalls... if you know what i mean..
Ok. So I went off searching to see if anyone else had a problem with the hinges. I am glad that I found this page but still don't know what to do. My Macbook Air sounds a little bit worse than what I've read so far. About a week ago mine looked like the pictures that are posted but now the whole screw is out and breaking the plastic even more....I got it last summer but am afraid of how much it's gonna cost...and if it does it again in the future. Any suggestions??
get it fixed first.. as i advised most of the MBA users here , get AppleCare to sort it out..
i'm not sure how to prevent it from happening.. :(
All ...when I took my Air in with this issue, I had one of the screens on Camino saved to this blog. In addition, I printed out a copy of this blog which they refused to read. However, I think they read the blog once they went to work on my Air because they quoted some of the things that were posted here by people who were able to get their hinges fixed under warranty.
These hinges are a total joke and a design flaw. I spend all my time being afraid they will break again. Can't wait til it's two years old and I pawn it off on one of my sons.
This happened to me this morning!!! Right hand hinge - looks just like the pictures and happened out of the blue. No way did I abuse my MacBook Air and for the amount of money it cost, this should never have happened.
Luckily, it was a gift from my son, who knows I'm a klutz, and he bought the extended warranty: but, still......this is a Mac for crying out loud.
Funny all you guys saying "haven't lost faith yet", "it's just one defect", "lalala worship apple"
http://www.misterbg.org/AppleProductCycle/
This is the same thing that happens with all Apple Products.
Before you guys decide to "Stick with Apple", "not lose faith yet", or think about buying another product from them... Read this page: http://www.misterbg.org/AppleProductCycle/
It happens with each product, this page is years and years old.
"The obligatory “I’m waiting for Rev. B” discussion appears in the Mac forums. People who’ve been burned by first-generation Apple products open up their old wounds and bleed their tales of woe. Unsympathetic technophiles fire back with, “if you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. pussy.” Everyone has this stupid argument for the twenty-third time."
The article links to my original problem with the MBAir last Feb (2008) when the screen was rubbing against the trackpad:
http://blog.scoopz.com/2008/03/02/macbook-air-faulty-screen-damages-trackpad/
I've since had another much bigger problem with the hinge, whereby the hinge snapped(?) and allowed the screen to open completely flat:
http://blog.scoopz.com/2009/01/20/macbook-air-screen-now-folds-flat-broken-hinge/
This has now been repaired free of charge under warranty, luckily just a few weeks before the 1year warranty expired. I was given a completely new screen assembly, upper shell, screen and hinge, I have noticed that the new screen suffers from the dreaded faint horizontal banding lines but nobody else can see them but me and I can't get a decent photo of them.

I had a talk about this issue with a friend of mine.. there's one thing that he noticed... which is most people will hold on to the 'body' of the MBA and push the screen open.. sometimes .. most of the time till it reaches the maximum limit..
what he advises is that .. don't hold on the body of the MBA.. just simply use one hand to push the screen open... as it reaches the maximum limit , the body itself will be lifted up.. this way , it wouldn't 'strain' the hinges so much...
i hope you guys know what i mean.. try it!! let me know what you think.. :)
@7thlovechild - I know what you mean, however, if I lay my MBA on my desk and lift the lid without touching the lower half of the body the body lifts with the lid because the hinge is so stiff.
With my older Macbook Pro you certainly could just lift the screen and the body stayed flat on the desk but because the body of the MBA is so light (perhaps coupled with a hinge that's too stiff) the body lifts with the lid most of the time. If I do it quick enough and with enough momentum I can lift the lid and the body stays flat on the desk as you suggest.
Scoopz
well I'll tell you, it definitely isn't over extending - I accidentally fell on mine and flattened it. Now I can actually use it in court because it lies flat on the podium... but the hinge didn't break.
i've tested a few MBA by opening the lid without holding down the other half of the body.. conclusion is .. you can open it that way till it reaches 90 degrees... then only the other half will move.. my advice , you can open the lid while holding down the MBA but be extra careful when it reaches 90degrees so that you don't over extend it..
Henry - which part broke then? any pictures?
same problem called apple care APPLE HAS ADMITTED THE PROBLEM as of march 11 2009 with an internal white paper EM177 is the post number to tell care when you talk to them. they willsend you to tier 2 and they will replace it at no charge good luck
I am inviting everyone who has a problem like this to visit http://macbookairhinge.wordpress.com where I have started a whole blog devoted to this issue. I invite people to gues author and tell their stories, and of course pictures etc are welcome.
hey thanks Elliott.. anyone tried that??
@7thlovechild
I called the rep I've been in contact with played voicemail tag w/her. On a message I left for her I mentioned this white paper and the code. She said that it does not affect me as mine is still considered accidental damage. I have yet to talk to her in person to verify exactly that this white paper is and I'm traveling for the next while so I don't know.
Like everyone else posting here, I have had the same exact thing happen to my macbook air. My hinges simply snapped off one day when I was closing it.
I totally baby my laptop, so it's not like I over extended the screen or anything. I took it in to the store and they said that I "obviously damaged it" myself. BS! Now it's a $700USD repair.
Call apple, ask for a tier 2 tech. Take pictures and email it to them. The tier 2 will forward them to engineers and then they will email you with results w/in a day or two. Got mine fixed after much trouble. Good luck! (being nice really goes a long way!)
Crack... so add mine to the list of defective MacBook Air hinges. Mine is a Rev A bought about 1 month after introduction.
There is no way in the world this is customer "accidental" damage, this is a design or manufacturing flaw plain and simple. My MBA is in perfect condition, the display has never been fully extended or the unit dropped... it's been a good unit until I heard a slight pop, then crack :(
Now I have a slight bulge in the front RIGHT side, and it's popped out a bit on the back... I'm not going to push it back in since the display is staying up and don't want to make it worse.
Okay, I have the advantage that I worked in Apple Customer Relations so the deal is, you'll need to get a case number started by calling them, so you'll probably have to talk to a tech support rep first... 1-800-767-2775 (USA) then you'll want to "escalate" to Customer Relations... you'll likely have to call 3 times before they will agree to fix it for free however*... just be firm, polite and you'll get further, faster than threatening a lawsuit or some such :)
There is probably already a "silent recall*" on something like this since it's a design/manufacturing defect, but be prepared to be quite persistent until it is resolved. Apple will do the right thing, but it will take a bit of convincing.
(the above was posted to apple's discussion forums)
and to add a bit the comments left here on this blog... don't waste time taking it to an Apple Genius Bar, while some will probably do it, your chances with calling them direct are far better.
my sense is the reason apple is being flakey on repairing these is it's not a simple or cheap repair, it requires tearing the entire machine down, no fun.
so in sum, don't give up until you get it repaired for free. i'll see about the EM177 number and try and post back on it.
Thanks Ted..
SInce you're in the Apple Customer Relations department , let us know if there's a better way to relate the problem to Apple...
Okay, an update... Called them a few hours ago (4/15/09) and upon calling:
800-767-2775
I jumped back into my "call tree" mode and discovered you DON'T want to go to "tech support" upon calling the above number...
You basically want to GO TO a "call lead", which is basically a person that sorts out your request and moves it in the right direction. (if i had chosen, tech support, it probably would have gotten stuck)
So when it asks you for Tech Support? say "No".
I then got a Call Lead and she directed me to an experienced Tech (sorry, that's how it works)... I simply said:
"I have a MacBook Air, and have the "hinge problem". A few questions like your name, serial number of the MBA, (i'm out of warranty) then I was transfered... to "tier 2"... I won't mention names here... but he said okay, I hear you have a MacBook Air and a problem with the hinge?
I said yes, and he slightly misspoke and said, okay, we understand that... then reworded and said he could probably help me :)
He asked a few more basic questions and wondered if I could send pictures so tne engineers could look at it? I said yes...
Now the clincher... He said, I see you are out of warranty, but I think we can make an exception... ah... "probably make an exception" he clarified.
The EM177 is probably "exception, macintosh 177 or some such, they used to be called CS Codes, but whatever.
So I've just sent some excellent photos to his apple.com address and he honestly said it will probably take a few days.
Okay... no problem!
Sp chances are near 100% I'll get this fixed outside of warranty and for free.
Notes:
So it's still in "investigation" mode within Apple, thus the pictures, but they are working towards a silent recall of Rev A MBA's.
How do I know this? It's because I know how this works behind the scenes... so don't fret... don't take your machine to a Genius Bar! Call them... that's much more "internal" than a Retail Apple Store.
I'll post again once I have new information... it will be a few days :) but relax it looks like Apple is doing the right thing...
@ted, thanks for the detailed update, very much looking forward for the next one. I'm taking mine down to the other authorized repair shop near me today, will give details upon return.
My Daughter just screamed a few minutes ago and came crying to me to please "get it fixed!". It has the same problem as you outlined it. You guys have saved me a bunch of time. I'm on the phone now with the tech support guys. I only have 2 days before the warranty expires. I just have to get all of the photos done.
I have the exact same problem! The day before yesterday I was closing the lid on my MBA and I heard a weird noise. And well, there it was - the crack.
I'm going to an apple store in Gothenburg tomorow and I hope for the best. If they turn me down I will make a call to Apple care tomorrow. My guarantee expired in february but I hope that they will make an exception in my case to.
same problem on my moms laptop but that was totally our fault. My bro pushed the screen back to almost 180º then after a few months of abuse an a 4 foot drop the hinge broke. I admitted to the repairs it was likely our fault but if it was recognizable as defective then the warranty could cover it, they (obviously) didn't see it as a defect.
Hi Guys
I had the same issue and this is the solution

/MACBOOKAIR_HINGE_REPAIR.html
I sent mine to a third party company (http://www.portatronics.com)that can do the macbook air hinge repair at a much more reasonable price and provides a one year warranty on the repair.
FINALLY this problem has been resolved. Please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts2948
my hinge broke 8 months ago, and after making over a dozen genius bar appointments, I finally got it fixed. The person actually apologized to me and said the other people I'd previously dealt with had been inexperienced and unprofessional. She also said that the long history of me bringing it in (each time they'd break off a new piece of the hinge while testing it out) helped my case alot.
I was on the verge of giving up and buying a new macbook, so this is great news to me, a big victory. My logic board is also shot, and so they're replacing the whole computer.
So I just want to encourage people out there to keep at it, try different stores, don't give in and pay $800+ to fix a defect you didn't cause.
Hi macbook air well i think that is truth they are very fragile they need to do it more strong .also dont get fragile you intimacy Buy viagra and get all the plenitude that you need.bye,
